Can customers create shipments themselves?
Yes. Every Logxa software has a customer portal where customers create bookings, requests or orders; staff can also create them, and the REST API lets other systems do it.
Is it the same screen in every software?
The idea is the same, but each software has the fields its trade needs — parcels and zones for couriers, truck types for freight, containers for forwarding, VINs for vehicle transport.
