Overview
Businesses can also use the customer news feed tool to reach out to their customers about upcoming events or other important information. A company can post photos of the event on Facebook and Twitter, as well as share links that invite people to sign up for updates on social media channels like Facebook and Pinterest.
The news feed can be used to share promotions and discounts, new products, special offers and any other information that can help your customers make an informed decision about whether or not they want to purchase from you. Businesses can also use the customer news feed tool to reach out to their customers about upcoming events or other important information.

How it works
The new news feed tool is a simple and easy way to create and share content on your product. This tool allows you to create a custom news feed with HTML content that can be viewed by customers. The new feature will be very helpful for the business owners to announce common delays and holidays notifications directly to their customers. You can now easily add multiple images, videos, links and more in your content, which will make it much more attractive for the customers. The new feature also allows users to add comments to the posts, which will help them communicate with each other.

To get started, simply log into your account and click on Customer News Feed. You can then select the type of content you want to publish (for example: Sales Promotion) and select how often you would like to post it (for example: Daily).

Once you've selected the type of content you would like to publish, it will appear in your Customer News Feed.
