3PL fulfillment software that bills every pick, pallet and day of storage
Run many brands in one warehouse. Orders flow in from their stores, clients watch their own stock in a portal, and every receipt, pick, box and storage day becomes a billable charge on their monthly invoice.

Orders arrive on their own
Shopify, WooCommerce, CSV and API orders are reserved straight away.
Built for many clients under one roof.
Every client’s products, orders, stock and invoices are kept separate — on the same warehouse floor.
Orders from every channel
Shopify and WooCommerce stores connect directly; CSV and REST API cover the rest. Stock is reserved immediately, and short orders wait on backorder until putaway refills them.

Activity-based billing
Each client has a rate sheet — standard or custom. Receiving, daily storage by volume, order fees, picks, packaging and returns are recorded as they happen and drafted into the monthly invoice.
- Per-client rate overrides
- Daily storage snapshot, never double-billed
- Monthly minimum and payment terms

A client portal they’ll actually use
Clients see live stock per SKU, place and track orders, raise inbound notices and returns, and see issued invoices with the activity behind them.
- Available, reserved and unavailable stock
- Low-stock alerts
- Clients never see each other’s data

How is storage billed?
A daily snapshot charges storage by volume (or your chosen unit) at each client’s rate. Re-running a day updates it rather than billing twice.
Can each client have its own prices?
Yes. Every client has a rate sheet with your standard rates, and any line can be overridden for that client.
Can clients see each other’s stock?
No. Each client’s portal shows only their own products, orders, returns and invoices.
Which stores and channels connect?
Shopify and WooCommerce stores connect directly, and orders can also come in by CSV or through the REST API. The same API order is never imported twice.
Is there a minimum monthly charge?
Yes, you can set one per client; invoices are topped up to the minimum when activity is lower.
