Which barcode format do labels use?
Code 128 on a 4×6 inch label, with destination branch code, COD amount and the piece number. Labels can be printed one at a time or in batches.
Do we need hubs to use it?
No. Hub mode is a setting. Without it, the delivery job is created as soon as the parcel is picked up; with it, at the destination branch.
Can we scan without buying scanners?
Yes. Any phone camera scans barcodes in the browser. USB or Bluetooth hand scanners also work.
Do drivers need special devices?
No. The driver screens run in the browser on any Android or iPhone, including photo proof, GPS and barcode scanning with the camera. Hand scanners work too.
How many delivery attempts are allowed?
You set the maximum. After the last failed attempt, a return-to-sender job is created automatically.
