Do drivers need special devices?
No. The driver screens run in the browser on any Android or iPhone, including photo proof, GPS and barcode scanning with the camera. Hand scanners work too.
How does route order work?
Dispatchers assign several jobs to a driver in a chosen order, and either the dispatcher or the driver can apply a nearest-first order suggestion based on locations.
Can we see where drivers are?
Yes. Drivers on duty share their location on the dispatch map, and GPS is saved on every completed or failed job.
What does the driver record at delivery?
Receiver name, a photo, any cash collected and the location — or a failed attempt with a reason.
Do regular customers need to book every pickup?
No. Scheduled collections create the pickup on their days automatically; their bookings skip individual pickup jobs.
