Does the driver need an app from the store?
No. The driver screens run in the phone’s browser: trip steps, photos, GPS on every step and expenses from the advance.
How is detention calculated?
You set free hours at loading and unloading. Time beyond that is charged at your detention rate and added to the load.
Can we hire trucks from other transporters?
Yes. Record the transporter, agreed rate and advance on the trip. The transporter’s balance and payments are tracked.
Which documents can be tracked?
Vehicle insurance, permits, fitness and other documents, plus driver licences, each with an expiry date and daily email alerts.
Can we use our existing GPS trackers?
Yes. Traccar, Samsara, Geotab and Wialon are polled every two minutes, and any other GPS platform can post positions to a signed webhook. Without trackers, the driver’s phone shares its location during trips.
