Know what’s on the shelf without walking the floor.
Spreadsheets, calls and paper
Stock in a spreadsheet
Quantities drift and nobody trusts the numbers.
Pickers searching the aisles
Lists in random order; the wrong batch ships.
Counts that stop the warehouse
Full stock-takes, with adjustments nobody can explain.
With Logxa
Every unit in a bin
Stock by bin, batch and expiry, updated by every scan.
Pick lists in walking order
Tasks follow aisle, bay and level; FEFO picks the batch expiring first.
Cycle counts any day
Blind counts by area, with reasons logged in the ledger.
Every movement scanned and recorded.
From the dock to the shelf to the carrier — one stock ledger.
Receiving against inbound notices
Clients send inbound notices with SKUs and quantities. Receivers count in good and damaged units with batch and expiry; damaged stock goes to quarantine and a goods received note is emailed.
- Batch and expiry required where tracked
- Over-receiving blocked unless allowed
- Putaway suggests a bin by zone (e.g. cold)

Does it track batches and expiry dates?
Yes. Products can require batch and expiry. Receiving refuses tracked items without them, and allocation uses FEFO so the batch expiring first ships first.
Do we need special scanners?
No. Phones scan barcodes with the camera in the browser, and USB or Bluetooth hand scanners work as well — for products, bins, receiving, picking and counts.
How does putaway work?
The system suggests a bin based on the product’s zone (for example a cold bin for chilled goods). Staff scan the bin to confirm; putting away into the receiving bin is refused.
Can we run several warehouses?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own bins and zones, and stock is tracked per warehouse.
Which stores and channels connect?
Shopify and WooCommerce stores connect directly, and orders can also come in by CSV or through the REST API. The same API order is never imported twice.
