Can delivery fees be taken out of the COD?
Yes. With the “deduct from COD” payment method the delivery charge is subtracted from the merchant’s COD payout instead of being invoiced.
Can payouts include only cash already handed in?
Yes. Payouts can be limited to COD that drivers have already handed in, so you never pay out cash you haven’t received.
Which stores can connect?
Shopify and WooCommerce through signed order webhooks, plus CSV upload and the REST API for any other platform.
How do merchants see their money?
Their portal shows cash still to collect, collected and paid out, and each payout statement is emailed to them.
Do drivers need special devices?
No. The driver screens run in the browser on any Android or iPhone, including photo proof, GPS and barcode scanning with the camera. Hand scanners work too.
