Does the inspection app need a download?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone — camera photos, damage marks, readings, signature and GPS — for your drivers and for partner carriers’ drivers.
Which views does the damage diagram have?
Top, front, rear, left and right. Marks are stored by position so they appear in the same place on every report.
How is new damage detected?
The delivery inspection is compared with the pickup inspection, and marks that weren’t on the pickup report are flagged as new.
Who signs the inspection?
The person releasing the vehicle signs at pickup and the receiver signs at delivery, directly on the driver’s phone.
Can partner carriers use it?
Yes. Carrier logins see their own trips and inspect with the same app, so every handover is documented the same way.
Inspect every vehicle the same way, every time.
