How are FCL and LCL priced?

FCL per container type from carrier rate sheets, LCL per W/M (the greater of weight and volume), plus local charges at origin and destination and your margin.

Do you track demurrage and detention?

Yes. Free days are tracked for demurrage from discharge to gate-out and detention from gate-out to empty return, with alerts before they end.

Are container numbers validated?

Yes. Every container number is checked with the ISO 6346 check digit.

Can our overseas agents use it?

Yes. An agent login sees only the jobs where that partner is origin or destination agent, and can update milestones, ETD/ETA, containers, documents and customs — never your rates or profit.

Does it pull vessel schedules automatically?

Vessel, voyage and milestones are entered by your team and agents today; carrier tracking integrations are on the roadmap.
