Built for

  • Freight brokers
  • Fleet owners
  • Shippers’ logistics teams
The shift

One TMS instead of five spreadsheets.

Spreadsheets, calls and paper

  • Rates in someone’s head

Each quote is worked out again; shippers wait for a price.

  • Trips tracked by phone calls

Nobody knows where a truck is or when it will unload.

  • Margins found at month end

Advances, diesel and hire costs are reconciled weeks later.

With Logxa

  • Quotes from lane rate cards

Per trip, km, ton, CBM or pallet — sent and accepted online.

  • Trips you can see

Driver steps, checkpoints and GPS update the shipper automatically.

  • Settlement per trip

Freight vs diesel, tolls, driver pay and hire — margin as soon as the trip closes.

Inside the TMS

From enquiry to invoice in one flow.

Every load moves through quoted, booked, truck assigned, in transit and delivered — with the shipper watching.

Quotes from lane rate cards

Regions, truck types and load types with per trip, distance, ton, weight, CBM or pallet rates, tiers and minimums, plus fuel, loading and insurance. Shippers accept or decline online.

  • Public and customer contract rates
  • Rate calculator for sales
  • Accepted quote becomes a load with LR number

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can’t find what you need? Talk to our team.

Does it handle part loads as well as full trucks?

Yes. Loads can be full truckload, part load (LTL), bulk or cold chain. Part loads are planned onto trips with a load builder and can move through hubs.

Can we use hired trucks?

Yes. Assign a transporter at an agreed rate with an advance; their balance and payments are tracked, and the trip shows your margin.

Can we use our existing GPS trackers?

Yes. Traccar, Samsara, Geotab and Wialon are polled every two minutes, and any other GPS platform can post positions to a signed webhook. Without trackers, the driver’s phone shares its location during trips.

Does the driver need an app from the store?

No. The driver screens run in the phone’s browser: trip steps, photos, GPS on every step and expenses from the advance.

Can shippers book and track themselves?

Yes. The shipper portal lets them request quotes, accept online, follow the truck, download the POD and see invoices and statements.
