Shipping Rates

Overview
The Shipping Rates settings panel allows you to configure shipping rates for predefined weight and origin, destination. This configured shipping rates are used to show rates on customer shipping calculator and fetching rates while adding new shipments. In order to fetch accurate shipping rates make sure the values you choose to configure rates are matching with the values selected at the shipment creation form.

The following options are available in this section:

In order to fetch accurate shipping rates make sure the values you choose to configure rates are matching with the values selected at the shipment creation form.

Sub rates section allows you to configure discounted rates within the standard rate for selected weights. This brings more flexibility in your pricing model to offer exclusive rates for your customers for different sizes.

To add your own shipping rates, click the Configure Shipping Rates button.
After clicking that button you will be presented with a form where you can enter your own custom shipping rates.

In order to configure your own custom shipping rate:
1) Enter the weight of your shipment in lbs or Kg, depending on what you selected at the shipment creation form.
2) Select the delivery location for your shipment (Country, State/Province or City) from drop-down list. If you do not select any value from drop-down list then shipment will be shipped worldwide (for all countries). In order to ship packages only inside a country please use its postal code instead of city/state name in this case.
3) Enter the destination city for your shipment (City or Postal Code). If you do not select any value from drop-down list then shipment will be shipped worldwide (for all countries). In order to ship packages only inside a country please use its postal code instead of city/state name in this case.
