Returns management · reverse logistics

Returns management software that turns returns back into stock

Shoppers start a return on a branded page, the brand approves the RMA, your team receives it into quarantine, grades it, restocks or disposes of it — and the refund and processing fees are recorded.

  • Restocked by guesswork

Damaged units go back on the shelf, or good ones get binned.

With Logxa

  • A returns page per brand

Shoppers look up their order and pick items and reasons.

  • Every return has an RMA

Authorised returns arrive with a reference and go to quarantine.

  • Graded, then restocked

Grade A goes back to a bin; grade D is disposed and logged.

Reverse logistics

A return is a workflow, not an exception.

From the shopper’s request to the refund, every step is recorded and billed.

A branded returns page

Each client gets a public returns page. Shoppers find their order with the store order number plus postcode or email, choose items and a reason, and get an RMA number.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can’t find what you need? Talk to our team.

How do shoppers start a return?

On the brand’s returns page they enter the store order number with their postcode or email, choose items and a reason, and receive an RMA number by email.

Who approves returns?

The brand (your client) authorises or rejects each return in their portal; your team can also act on their behalf.

What happens to returned stock?

It is received into a returns bin and quarantined. After inspection it is restocked to a bin, held, or disposed — every movement is in the stock ledger.

Can we charge for processing returns?

Yes. Returns processing and inspection are billable events on the client’s rate sheet and appear on their invoice.

Do we need special scanners?

No. Phones scan barcodes with the camera in the browser, and USB or Bluetooth hand scanners work as well — for products, bins, receiving, picking and counts.
