Compliance questions mean digging through logger files.

Cold chain

Temperature control you can show.

From the reefer check before loading to the report after delivery.

Temperature log and excursion alerts

Every cold load carries its range. Readings come from the driver or from GPS sensors; anything outside the range alerts staff and the shipper.

  • Range per load, e.g. 2–8 °C or −18 °C
  • Readings from Traccar, Samsara, Geotab, Wialon devices
  • Excursions on the dashboard and in reports

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can’t find what you need? Talk to our team.

Where do temperature readings come from?

From GPS devices with temperature sensors through Traccar, Samsara, Geotab or Wialon, from any platform posting to the signed webhook, or entered by the driver.

Who is alerted on an excursion?

Your operations team and the shipper are notified, and the excursion appears on the dashboard and in reports.

Can we prove pre-cooling?

Yes. The pre-cooling reading and checklist are recorded before loading and appear on the compliance report.

Can cold loads share a truck?

Yes, when their temperature ranges are compatible — the load builder checks this for you.

Does the driver need an app from the store?

No. The driver screens run in the phone’s browser: trip steps, photos, GPS on every step and expenses from the advance.
